With traditional waste and overflow systems, the drain connection location if more difficult to determine, as well they have multiple parts elbows, t-connections compression fittings all potential leaks. All the is eliminated with the new integrated design. The external overflow pipes are eliminated due to the cleverly integrated internal overflow structure of the bathtub; no external exposed piping to clean and care for.
