Free Shipping
Shipping is free for the Continental U.S. only, this excludes Alaska & Hawaii. These items are shipped via freight carrier directly to your shipping address. Stock items leave the factory up to 5 business days from the date of the order. Custom items can leave the factory up to 25 business days from the date of the order. Both Stock and Custom orders (excluding overnight deliveries) have a 3-7 day shipping time after product leaves the factory. The phone number used to contact you will be the phone number you provide during checkout.
Lift Gate Service
The freight service is only a curbside delivery, so you will need to arrange for the items to be lowered from the truck at the time of delivery. Lift gate service (the driver lowers your freight to street level) is available for an additional charge of $100. In both cases, you need to arrange to have the freight brought into your house. The truck driver will not bring the freight into your home.
Alaska & Hawaii Orders
Shipping charges on freight orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii is $350.
Because import fees, brokerage charges, and government taxes are constantly changing, shipping quotes and charges do not include these fees. Unless otherwise stated on the quote, payment of these charges is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Overnight Shipping
We can ship many of our smaller items overnight, 2nd or 3rd day air and in some cases Saturday delivery (for an additional fee). Call us at (800) 454-BATH(2284) for more information and pricing.
Freight Shipments
Please make certain you carefully inspect your items at time of delivery. DO NOT CARELESSLY SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.
Inspecting Your Packages
Please inspect all packages and crates upon delivery. Keep in mind that FedEx ground packages must be inspected for damage within 24 hours of delivery and all common carrier freight (tractor-trailer) must be inspected for damage within 24 hours. Damage claims made after these time periods may be rejected by all common freight carriers.
Delivery Time Notice
Although we do our best to make certain your items arrive when we say they will, we cannot guarantee delivery times. For the same reason stated, we are not responsible for any inconvenience or monetary loss caused by late deliveries.
Backordered Items
Occasionally we will have items on backorder. You will have the option of canceling your order for a full refund if your item is on backorder. If an item is backordered, we will provide you with a reasonable estimated shipping date.
